SHIPPING POLICY

Magnum Bowling Products is a make-to-order company and will always make its best effort to ship your order as quickly as possible. However, even if our Customer Service (available 8:30-5:00 EST) gives you a suggested ship date, we cannot guarantee a specific shipping date from receipt of order, including expedited shipping requests.  Our standard manufacturing time for processing orders is up to 5 business days, excluding holidays.

 

Also, please allow additional time for shipping transit time per the below reference guide.  You can contact info@magnumshielding.com for ship date details pertaining to your order. MBP will ship to any address in the 48 Contiguous United States by UPS or US Postal Service. 

 

Shipping Times

Shipping times may be affected by various factors including adverse weather conditions, holiday seasonality, or delivery scheduling by UPS or USPS, and can consequently cause a delay in the delivery of your order.  MBP will not be responsible for late deliveries for shipments.

IMPORTANT: Shipping carriers are experiencing abnormally high volume due to continuing COVID-19 issues. Carriers are not guaranteeing deliveries at this time (UPS Service / USPS Mail Service). We regret that MBP cannot guarantee shipment arrival times nor refund late shipments.

Estimated shipping time:

    Northeast US: Within 2-4 business days

    Southeast US: Within 4-6 business days

    Midwest US: Within 4-6 business days

    Western US: Within 5-7 business days

WARRANTY POLICY

Magnum Bowling Products Limited Warranty Information

What your warranty consists of:

Magnum Bowling Products warrants its products to be free from defects in material and workmanship and applies only to the original purchaser. Products which have been subjected to abuse, alteration, negligence or misuse are not covered.

 

Magnum Bowling Products, at its election, will either repair or replace all defective parts free of charge.

WHAT YOU MUST DO FOR THE WARRANTY SERVICE: In the event that the original purchaser detects a defect in the material or workmanship, you must contact Magnum. Please send an email to info@magnumshielding.com and include your order number in the subject line.
